Who we are

An education consulting and program development firm.

Moore Education Consulting, LLC is an education consulting and program development firm specializing in English Language Arts (ELA), literacy, reading, and writing. We design, develop, and implement educational and community-centered programs that educate, empower, and create measurable impact.

Our capabilities span ELA and literacy program development, curriculum and instructional design, professional development and training, program and project management, stakeholder engagement, technical assistance, implementation support, and data-informed performance improvement. We help government agencies, educational institutions, nonprofits, workforce initiatives, and community organizations move programs from concept to measurable outcomes.

Colleges and universities strengthen student-success and literacy initiatives with program design, faculty and staff professional development, and outcome measurement tied to institutional goals.

Nonprofits & Community Organizations

Mission-driven organizations move from concept to delivery with program development, implementation management, partner coordination, and funder-ready evidence of what changed.

Workforce Initiatives

Workforce and career-readiness programs build durable capacity through literacy and communication skill development, curriculum design, facilitator training, and participant progress systems.

Libraries

Public and school libraries expand reading, writing, and family-literacy programming with program design, facilitator training, implementation support, and participation and outcome tracking.

Private Organizations

Prime Contractors

Primes pursuing education, training, or program-development scopes add a small-business partner with ELA and literacy expertise plus implementation, facilitation, and reporting capability.

Capabilities

Three capability areas. One delivery standard.

Specialized ELA and literacy expertise, the ability to develop and implement programs, and the data and engagement discipline to prove what changed. Each area can be engaged on its own or combined into a full program lifecycle scope.

Why Moore

We combine subject-matter expertise with the ability to execute.

Organizations do not hire consultants simply for ideas. They hire partners with deep ELA and literacy expertise who can also develop the program, manage the stakeholders, implement the work, and document the results.

Specialized ELA & Literacy Expertise

English Language Arts, literacy, reading, and writing are our subject-matter specialization — 17+ years of K–12 experience in curriculum, instruction, intervention, and professional learning behind every program we build.

Expertise That Becomes an Implemented Program

We do not stop at recommendations. We develop the program, build the implementation plan, coordinate stakeholders, manage execution, and provide hands-on support until the work is actually running.

Measurable, Documented Results

Engagements are designed around data, progress monitoring, and documented outcomes — demonstrated measurable academic and performance results, reported in a form leaders and funders can use.

Capacity That Lasts

We work alongside client teams to transfer knowledge, strengthen internal systems, and coordinate multiple stakeholders and moving parts, so organizations can sustain the program after the engagement ends.

More than advice. A strategic partner.

Whether supporting a government agency, school system, nonprofit, workforce initiative, library, community organization, or prime contractor, the promise is the same: we build programs that educate and empower, and we move initiatives from concept to measurable impact. When the vision is big, it takes Moore to move it.
